I wanted to take my boyfriend there for his birthday. I booked with some of the last money I had as I was broke that month but unfortunately his car broke down on the way there. I tried calling customer service so many times to see if any other slots were available but no one answered for about an hour. finally after my slot time they pick up and I’m told there’s no other slots which was fine. Now my issue is I could’ve had a chance to change if someone would’ve answered but no one did. Then when I ask if I could be refunded I was told to go to email. They refused a refund even after I begged. I CAN’T STAND companies like this. The no refund policy is ridiculous, I can’t help my car breaking down and I was offered no help and on top of that they just ignored my emails after. Even if they couldn’t refund but tried to help book a different day or offered a discount as things happen that are unaccounted for and surely these companies know that. £50 isn’t much to them but for me that month to waste that much almost had me in tears and to have no help and my emails ignored was disgusting. Selfish and no respect for their customers. I heard good things so I was going to buy the bigger package the month after or something and make it a regular spot since my boyfriend loves activities like this. Will NEVER go there and I warn everyone else not to. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND AT LEAST TRY TO HELP. ALSO HOW ABOUT ACTUALLY ANSWERING YOUR PHONE????

Great fun, went with a few mates. Henry the instructor was amazing, very helpful and although the gun did jam once, he was quick to test and fix the issue. Booked 1hr session and although ammo went quick, grabbed a few more mags. Would give 5 stars, but one of the instructors was a bit rude, Seemed like he was rude to his own fellow staff at times.
